Interior Design
Upon evaluating your needs, we will provide a detailed space plan for your Project.
Your overall design concept sets the tone for your new space. The concept serves as our aesthetic guide. I will present you with a variety of elements and then you can select furniture, lighting, accessories, art, paint, tiles, and other finishes.
Sustainability, maintainability, code requirements, budget will all be taken into consideration with finish selection
Architectural Drawings
Visual understanding through 3D rendering makes sure you and the client on the same page.
Construction documents that are used for permitting, bidding, and procurement will support the project through the construction process.
With my expertise in Revit, and 3D visualizations in Escape I can provide the most accurate and efficient drawing package.
For architectural clients who need only documentation, Revit services are also available.
Revit specialist
PI have over 15 years using Autodesk Revit. I’ve helped firms with the transition of using other software to Revit for Construction Documents and Presentation images. I can also help plan and build Templates and Library content. I’m also available to teach and introduce your staff to your new standards.
If you’re a seasoned designer unfamiliar with the program, or if you’ve just hired a new team member, I can get them up to speed quickly.
